The Z15 assay can mine up to 5 different coins: Zcash/Pirate/ZenCash/Hush/Komodo, which gives a great opportunity and variability in profitability, because you can rearrange Asik to different coins, taking into account where the best rate and mining is. Home miners are most interested in Asik – the Z15 consumes only 1.55 kW, which is half the power of a bitcoin Asik! At the same time, its mining rate is often the same or higher than the SHA-256 algorithm. Prior to the Z15, other companies, such as Innosilicon, produced Bitmain’s response in the form of the A9 zmaster and others, but after the release of Asik’s 440 ksol/s, the Z15 became the undisputed leader in terms of power on the market. Structurally, Asic has not changed compared to previous models – it is a conventional two-story case with two airflow coolers and a control board on top. The power supply is external. Antminer Z15 is considered to be one of the most compact and quietest machines on the market, with an air-cooled noise level of no more than 65-70 dB. This figure can be reduced by using additional water cooling, which will give us 50 dB, which is comparable to the noise of a regular PC. Asic Z15 can be safely recommended to those who have an outlet restriction of up to 2 kilowatts, and to those who want to mine at home without disturbing their neighbors. The Z15 does not need to be maintained often, you can only occasionally monitor its temperature and re-lubricate the thermal paste once a year.
