In the event that the equipment malfunctions or loses its full functionality during the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it with a new unit, provided that the model is in stock; in all other cases, the terms will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis

Warning: After an order has been placed and payment has been made, if the customer refuses to accept the merchandise or fails to pick it up within 60 calendar days of being notified, asicfox.ua reserves the right to dispose of the merchandise at its discretion.

What is not covered by the warranty
We do not provide free warranty repairs in the following cases

Physical damage to equipment (impacts, chips, detached chips, etc.)

Moisture, condensation, or liquid entering the device

Damage caused by power surges or power grid instability

Failure to comply with the specifications stated by the manufacturer

Overheating of the device due to improper operation (e.g., excessive dirt buildup, lack of cooling, high ambient temperature)

Returna and Shipping Policies
Depending on the type of accessory, different return policies apply
The warranty return policy does not apply to crypto wallets and cold wallets that have been used, removed from their original packaging, or activated.
This rule applies to test boards on which custom firmware has been installed using any installation method.
Standard warranty return policies apply to components. In the event of a warranty return, asicfox.ua will cover the shipping costs.
Accessories may be returned only if they are in their original condition.
