Basic warranty service
We provide a warranty for all mining equipment purchased from us, both new and used (second-hand).
The warranty period depends on the condition of the equipment:
- New ASIC miners β 6-month warranty
- Used ASIC miners β 14 to 30 days warranty (specified in the product description or depending on the model, to be confirmed upon purchase)
What does the AsicFox warranty cover?
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace the following miner components free of charge if there was a defect or fault in the equipment from the outset:
- Cooler β subject to replacement in case of failure.
- Hash boards β repaired at our expense if a malfunction is detected.
- Power supply unit β repaired or replaced at our expense in case of failure.
- Control board β subject to repair under the same conditions.
What is not covered by the warranty:
We do not provide free warranty repairs in the following cases:
- Physical damage to the equipment (impact, chips, detached chips, etc.)
- Moisture, condensation, or liquid entering the device
- Overheating of the device due to improper use (e.g., excessive contamination, lack of cooling, high ambient temperature)
- Damage caused by power surges or power instability
- Failure to comply with the parameters specified by the manufacturer
Returning equipment
Returning ASIC miners as commercial goods is not provided for by law. However, we consider each case individually. Please contact our support service β we always strive to find a favorable solution for our customers.

We also offer components and related products for mining and cryptocurrencies:

Important: All goods are returnable only if they are in their original condition and packaging.
Return shipping
The cost of shipping the product to our service center is paid by the customer. After diagnosing and confirming the warranty case, we will repair or replace the product and return the working equipment at our expense. In the case of a regular return, shipping is paid by the customer.
