Can I send only the board, without the whole miner?
Yes. You can drop off or ship a single hash board, controller, or PSU via Nova Poshta. Mention the model in the request.
How long do diagnostics and repair take?
Diagnostics usually take 1: 7 business days. Simple jobs take from 15 minutes to 2 days. Complex board repair can take up to 21 days.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Completed repairs include a 14: 30 day warranty on the fixed fault. Diagnostics are free if you proceed with repair at our center.
