Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate and sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To issue a refund, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations when only a partial reimbursement is made:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- A CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any product not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not attributable to our error.
- Any product returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if we have approved or denied the refund.
If you are approved, a refund will be processed within a certain number of days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or no reimbursement
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. It often takes some processing time before a refund is sent.

Items for sale
Only goods at regular prices are eligible for return. Goods that are sold are not subject to return.
Exchanges
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After receiving the returned product, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the product was not marked as a gift when you purchased it, or if the giftee sent the order to themselves to give it to you, we will send a refund to the giftee and they will know about your return.
Shipping returns
To return the product, you must mail it to the following address: {physical address}.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged item to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
